A wholesome land brings forth its vegetation with Lord’s permission, while the barren land produces only niggardly, just like that We are explaining Our verses for the grateful people.
The parable of the grateful believer is that of a wholesome land that produces vegetation of all types very well useful for all creatures of the Lord, whereas the ungrateful disbeliever is compared to a barren or sterile land which only produces its vegetation niggardly without any use either to the cultivator or to any creature. It is told in verses 14: 24-27: "Lord presents a parable of the good word like a good tree, the root of which is firmly braced and its branches are widely spread in the sky. It produces its fruit all the time with the Permission of the Lord, and Lord presents a parable for mankind so that they may remind others in their heart’s language. And the parable of a bad word is like a bad tree uprooted from the surface of the earth, that is not having any stability. Lord braces those who believe with His Firm Word in this world and the Hereafter, and He lets the wrongdoers stray, and Lord does what He wishes".
The believer who testifies Adhikr are indulged in deeds that are beneficial for thousand communities of Lord's creatures which will be weighing on the Day of Judgment as explained in verses 7: 8-9.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr as explained in verse 2: 18. Their all deeds are in vain and they are the losers in the Hereafter as told in verse 63: 9. See explanation 2: 264-267; 5: 100, and 7: 13-17.
